Install not working, says I have to install from original DVD

  Place all the downloaded files in a folder then create an ISO file. Mount the newly created ISO file and install it from there!

I had some issues at first. It seems the winrar is the culprit. Just half of the files were extracted. Lumina Library Part 2.pkg until Lumina Library Part 9.pkg wasnt extracted.The solution I found to work was to open the winrar,.. then choose to extract each of the 23 pkg's seperately (right click each file and extract to specific location) . Then all of them came out and you can install as usual. Took me a while to understand why its only 20 Gb instead of 40 extracted. Hope it helps. It works in Kontakt 7. so search and you will figure it out :)
